Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful husband JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I write about my experiences- my highs, lows and everything between. I moved to America with my parents and brother in the year 1990. At one and a half years older. I wouldn't be living my life and sharing it to you, if not for my parents love dedication and hard work. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I worked hard to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur for achievement. I thought my life would be one way or another: I'd graduate from university, be offered an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start a family. I believed that this was the epitome of success but life was not so sure to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I wasted my life for a paycheck. I possessed a love of working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others when I was navigating this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. The year 2014 was the year I began my small business and this year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Very few Asian women work in the world of fashion. As a coach, I want to make a difference by providing quality training to help others become more healthy and happy. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their dreams and live your life to the fullest. While my professional life began to take off, I suffered the greatest loss of my life to datethat of losing my mother. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will forever remain in my thoughts and mind. We can learn a lot from life, even though we may not be able to recognize it right now. The abrupt death that altered my life for good. It was a true blessing. I was given a second chance at life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. She had her chance to start a new chapter in her life which gave me another chance to live an enjoyable and satisfying life. As I enter my 30's, I am alive and conscious of the fact that I live my life now and not merely existing like I did in the past. When I share my experience I hope my thoughts will resonate with those of yours. I hope that my words will make you aware that you're not alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in everything you desire. Only one life is yours. I want you to enjoy it to the max.
